Vendors plying trade in undesignated areas in Mzuzu city chased out

Police this morning have chased out vendors plying their trade in undesignated areas in the city of Mzuzu.

Right now the Council, executive Committee for Flea Market and the representatives of the illegal vendors are at flea market trying to resolve the matter amicably.

Mzuzu city council has been complaining that illegal vending has affected the city's revenue generation.
